   Karen’s marketing and sales breadth of knowledge and experience in the US and International skincare markets range from product concept to distribution.  As a noted and distinguished executive and public speaker in the health and beauty industry, she has developed brands, created industry standards and even formed Esthetic America for the National Cosmetology Association.  Karen has won a noted position amongst her contemporaries as the innovative skincare marketer and who is always on the cutting edge of new product development and is a sought after professional in the industry.
   Karen’s energetic leadership style is suited for fast paced challenging environments and she is an articulate communicator who is able to foster valuable relationships with Senior-Level management, staff and customers.  Her marketing initiatives have generated multi-million dollars in revenue growth and market share gains for start-ups, mid-size and high growth organizations. Karen excel’s in building strategic alliances and partnerships that will fuel revenue growth.  Her experience is in both traditional and on line marketing activities and she achieves this by creating well thought out business strategies, marketing plans and channels of distribution.  When Karen works with a brand she takes ownership sees to the day to day operations so she can adapt to change and initiate improvements to insure success of the brand. Her continued research on product claims and testing validates the brands efficacy and gives her a clear understanding of the product for the business proforma.  It is through these efforts Karen can then position the brand for pricing, packaging, timing and distribution and begin the necessary support the product will need for development, legal, finance, supply chain, direct sales channels and customer service.  She has some 20+ years working on brands and building strong market positions for each that she touches to maximize success.  
   She also brings a strong background in today’s technology as she started this loyalty software program called “Beauty Intelligence” that has been used by L’Oreal and P&G with great success.
